    MG Gundam Astray Blue Frame



    Good day, my friend. This is my first post in this forum, please feel free to comments.
    I've done my MG blue frame last night and taking photo right after I make a nice pose. The model kit is hand brushed with Tamiya Acrylic and Mr. Hobby Color.

    Very good on the back and some parts of the arm with the metalic blue...sharp build and a pro work up...nice job and welcome to the forums...

    Really nice hand-painting, good job! And great photos too.

    Do you think you'll do the panel lines? I reckon it would look awesome with some subtle light grey on the white part panel lines and black on the blue parts...

    Thank you very much for your kind words, Kenyon, I'm far from Pro, there is many flaw on my model kits, but I'll try to make it better.

    Thank you, Batfink, I like hand painting, because I can do it on and off at any short free time.
    I'm sorry for the panel lines, because I never did it nicely.. my hand is very shaky. Your idea is great, I can imaging it.

    Here is some pictures of the painted internal frame. I paint almost every Gunpla's internal frame, I like the details on the mechanical parts.
    I use 4 kinds of different blue on the frame.

    oh wow I didn't know the result of the Tamiya paints were so how shall I put it eye googleing amazing I may have to try this on a future model knowing the result of those paints now since I have an abundance of them in my art box/gundam/modeling kit.

    I'm glad you like it. The color theme of the Zaku is beach boy, so please forgive his sunburnt skin.

    Here is the colors I use on this blue frame, I painted it multiple time with thin coating, it is a very time consuming process.
