    Re: Squee's WB

Working on my MG Turn X for a change, i started fixing things on it that always threw me off. First thing... the hoof feet. Chopped up some backpack parts from that hg ibo kit, i forget the name, and started fitting them for AOZ/ZOE like booster feet.

Gotta start adding detail to them and blend it in better to the overall asymmetrical look of the Turn X. Next is whether or not to keep that huge backpack. I was rewatching some of the fight scenes, and totally forgot it got destroyed by the Turn A. A valid reason to ditch it!

    Re: Squee's WB

I want to do a custom TX myself. Been trying to figure out a way to ditch that backpack. I'm not a big fan of it either. So I'm interested to see where this build goes.

Personally I was thinking of doing a Omegamon type of build with mine.

^The arms could definitely work for that.

Not a kit, but one in the pic for scale... I picked up this Jinbao KO of a 3rd party bruticus... I knew buying it was big. I had the height measurements, etc... but reading and seeing don't do it justice lmao

That thing could stand toe to toe with the Neo Zeong.

Defensor could TOTALLY kick his ass.

That thing's amazing, I've never seen a third party combiner that size!

    ^You sir are wrong.

Got a new tip for my soldering iron today in the mail. Its .2mm's so i can finally solder the pads on these little 2mm RGB's.

I need to make a jig of some kind to make this easier.

Its a Hakko Tip. I got it off Amazon. I am not sure if it will work on regular irons, but it's made for my Hakko FX-888D station.

Damn I have a Weller. I want to get a smaller tip like the one you purchased for it. I know Hakko and Weller are not interchangeable. I'll have to keep looking.

Not sure which Weller you have but they do make a .2mm

Not sure if it'd work for your specific handle. Best bet is search for type. .2 really is for this kind of work, but for regular led's or even larger smd it means more work.

The Anime NYC leg of GBWC is next Saturday. Honestly i didn't care enough this year, so i'm just going to bring sniper. Adding some details though that i meant to do before the ipms show earlier this year. Adding some icicles to the trees and scratchbuilt a little firepit.

Those are rocks are pretty big for the fire pit. I guess he used the gm to build it.
