Finished snapping this tonight. So much more solid than my blade liger.

Not a WIP but a moment of silence for my Zgok. Power went out at some point on Tuesday. I came home late that night to see that my display case's light was on at full brightness. Poor Zgok took the brunt of it.

Poor guy. I remember when you built that scene.

Holly $^*%! What display case do you have? What was in that thing a tanning bulb? That's nuts.

I wanted to change it out for an led, but its a really weird bulb design. Its a halogen light. I only turn it on for a few minutes at a time. When the power came back on, it went on full power. I estimate that it was on for 3 hours at least :/

No way, poor Z'Gok. So what you going to do with him now?

    Maybe it's battle damage?
Pro tip for fixing seam lines: It rubs the puddy on its seam or else it gets the hose again.

Maybe you can provide us picture of the light and we can help you looking for the LED version.

Anyway, maybe you can repurpose the Z'Gok to some battle diorama and make good use of the "damage"

I was thinking the same thing. I have several types led bulbs. I think we can find him something.

I actually looked for alternatives when i first got the case. It was inheritited, and the lighting is like 20 yrs old haha. There are no led versions of this bulb :/

Couldn't wait, snapped this nemesis prime from Flame Toys tonight. Really nice kit, plastic is a little soft, but so much articulation!

I'd like to do a Kämpfer, Geara Doga, Sazabi, or Gelgoog bust, or, possibly, a Zaku II Fz Kai-B, maybe even a Rick Dom or Efreet.

As for the lighting, look and see if you can remove the light fixture completely. If you can't get a LED alternative for that fixture, I'll bet you CAN replace the light fixture with a more modern fixture for a fraction of the price of replacing your whole display case.
Why do I prefer combat over social events? Simple: in combat, if you don't know what to do, you can always open fire. That tends to be frowned upon in social events.
