This episode really reminded me of when Nils Nielsen talked about the endless possiblities that Plavsky Particles could bring to science and medicine. But Sei shuts him down because he insulted Gunpla Battlle.
That said, it is a bit much to swallow that the Admins want to destroy a newly created lifeform just because it'll threaten the stability of a video game. Like, if they showed it to some major science corporations then they could probably get funding or something so that they could preserve Sarah whilst protecting the game at the same time.![]()
It's better to have it and not need it, than to need it and not have it. At least, that's what I keep telling myself with all my modeling supplies...

I also agree that it is rather hard to believe. That there 1st action would be to delete her. It's almost as if they do not want to want to believe that she could have a consciousness. Even though they clearly call her a "new lifeform". Which also calls back to our basic human nature. We discover something new and revolutionary, and our 1st instinct is to destroy it.
I'm more interested in the real world identities of Magee, Game Master, and the Crystal Phoenix at this point.
I was suspicious that Magee was the girl at the Gunpla store for the longest time. Guess that went out the window.
^Totally agree with that. Mr Wolf and That fox dude (I'm terrible with names) are hilarious. I'd love to have a show with just them buddy bantering the whole damn time. And Rommel, I think it's funny how he's just used to people petting him and calling him cute.
Shahryar! Or Mr. Shahry to you.
Yeah I'd never remember that in a million years.
Shahryar is one big walking reference to the "One Thousand & One Nights" stories from his own and his custom Gunpla's name referencing characters from it, to his secret attack "Alf Layla wa-Layla" literally being the title of the book in its native Arabic and the fact that we first met him in a middle eastern location.
I dunno why they chose that theme but it is interesting nonetheless.
Also being from a desert region and a Fox he is also "The Desert Fox" a little nod to Rommel he was the "desert Fox" during WWII

It's also possible that it's a direct hint to his real life player.
No one would ever suspect him. Since he's not using a Gouf.
