    Weirdest pilot? Hmm... well "weird" is a very subjective term that can have different meanings. Do you mean quirky personality? Then that honor belongs to Elpeo Ple from Gundam ZZ. Do you mean specialist in unconventional tactics? Well that would have to be Shiro Amada of The 08th MS Team (actually Shiro has a rather unconventional personality when compared to the rest in his unit).
