Could you put up a picture? I don't have that exact kit but if it is for the head, they are almost all the same type of build. Are you talking about the "chin" part?

It's the chin/eye part of the V fin piece. I'm curious as well.

You might have it upside down/backwards . I had to try it a couple ways when I built the kit.
"What do you mean it's OUT OF STOCK/BACK-ORDERED!?!?!"

If Newtypes can predict the future, and feel their opponents intentions, how come none of them were ever able to dodge the Bright Slap?

Ya, apparently cameras and water are surprisingly not very good friends. Who knew?

    Same it's fairly straight forward.

After you remove it from the Tree, have you removed any material left over from the connection? It should just slide right Up into the face of 00 from the bottom. The top part should have a "U" shape.

A picture of what cows problem is would really help in solving the issue.

once you slide it from the bottom does it have a habit of wanting to fall out or does it snap in place? thats the problem i am having is it not staying in and yes i have removed the leftover also might be a personal prob due to being a big guy with large fingers dealing with a little tiny peice, also sorry for the confusion

It doesn't "snap" in per se, but it should be a tight fit. I had to use a small screwdriver to push mine back out.
