Just curious, have you ever given thought to doing a custom build? I like the PG 00 with the resin upgrades. I have the normal PG 00 (still in the Box) looking forward to seeing how you paint it up.
And that skull work is going to be so damn cool when you are done with it.

    Thanks!
What do you mean by custom build?
I have a few that are based off of the original designs with a little tweaking. For example my Tallgeese I.

But I haven't fully moved all my images to my new img host, and I've leaned some new things since so I don't consider it done lol

Sorry that was sarcasm. All of your builds are "custom" builds. So I was being a smart a$$

Just a small update, did some detailing on the "peacock smasher"

More work done, closer to being finished aside from the legs that need redone and the mask/face that didn't turn out to well.

Nearly complete, I'm missing some parts so it'll probably get shelved incomplete. But the weapons are finished.

Re: Mr. JQ's Garage of Gunpla

Hey guys, been out of the loop for quite awhile due to "Life issues" lol been slowly working on few things, even a few non gunpla

Been slowly working on MG Deathscythe making him closer to TV version colors. I'm planning on adding a little star to his buster shield.

Working on this for a dear friend of mine's birthday, I forgot how low quality some non-bandai kits are, this one has such bad seams and uneven proportions. I originally intended to do a quick build with a nice paint up, but this has now fallen into the "Project" category. 2 months to finish this beast, so fingers crossed.

Ah, the NCC-1701 Enterprise. Now, is that kit supposed the Enterprise in it's original configuration, or when she got her refit for the movies?

Going off of the lack of visible torpedo launchers on the neck between the Saucer and hull sections it's the pre refit connie, also the hull section doesn't seem as thick as the the refit, so unless I'm mistaken pre refit.

Either way hope to see pics when it's finished. Don't see many trek kits here.

It is actually a option kit, I can do either of the Pilots, or the Mirror universe. I'll be building her in TOS configuration tho

Interesting. Personally, I prefer the refit version. It just looks cooler in my opinion.

Re: Mr. JQ's Garage of Gunpla

    Just a small update:

This enterprise kit is a nightmare... nothing lines up, flash from hell. Thank goodness for bondo lol.
Also been doing light work on Strike Freedom, been painting the frame Gold with some Testors, though I think I might have wen't too far with some of it. I should have probably just painted the visible parts, might need to fix it....

I like the gold on that Strike Freedom. Go full gold, or go home.

Here's some pics of SF with his armor back on. Needs some nub mark cleaning up, but I like how the gold is turning out.

Check out the details I did to the hands
