Going into my 2nd day of Fuunsaik now and as u may I have guess it from my master's colour scheme. I am looking to make Fuunsaik more of a headless horseman kinda horse. So Yellow (maybe overlay with orange for flames) and green.

The green are base coated with black so it looks more eerie and darker looking.

I plan to play around with the green a little more and gotten this

So this will be overlaying the neo green that I posted with the yellow pic. The left are not painted with the fluorescent green, the right is after 1 coat. (Sorry its difficult to focus on them)

The entire Fuunsaik's body will also be painted with shimmering green. effect looks good so far. 2 coat result.

Just a short update today. Just toying the idea to fill up the grooves using the fluorescence green and the outcome is really encouraging. This is just the first coat. I guess it could use a 2nd.

so..... I ran into a tiny (literately) problem. The smallest brush that I have at the moment is too big a tip for some of the smaller grooves so I need to visit the art store again to see if there is even smaller brush than this one. Gonna be a good test of steady hands, patients and eye power (which I lack now)

In the middle of stripping the paint away for repainting btw hence the patches you see..

p.s if some of you guys is not aware already. I only use hand brushes on my gundams.
Looking good, that green really pops!

with the brush, could you fill in the line, then wipe it with something, like a paper towel or a paint rag to get the paint that went outside the lines? That's how some people panel line. I see it's an acrylic paint, so you wouldn't want to use a chemical unless you top coat your base layer.

Let it dry for a bit then wipe off the excess paint residue with a damp Q-Tip. But I would top coat the part first so you don't wipe off the white paint as well. Then do the green lining, and you will not have a problem. Just a thought.

What gundammonkey said but adding to that I believe in getting the right tools for the right job is really important too.

So I finally 'finish' my master with Fuunsaik so here are some final pics.

Found some places to touch up too..

Looks great, man. I think you should make more pictures of it using natural light. The neon green lines look very nice!

Ooooohh, interesting. I love Tron Legacy (despite some of its issues), and would love to see how how this new project turns out.

Thanks Zeta. I am also quite hype up on this new idea. I have to wait for my scriber and chisels to reach me by the end of the month so right now I am just gonna focus on what I need to create onto every piece of the crossbone. I guess that will take up most of my time for planning.

as always, thanks for the great idea! Gonna re-look at the possibility after completing the crossbone.

Some update on the colour on the spoon. I am edging towards the 2nd pic where I am thinking the darker shade will make the yellow pop out more but the 1st pic blue has a more metallic dark blue to it and I like it as well. Another 1 or 2 more coat will make it even more darker and closer to my theme.

    what do you guys think?
