Re: Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans Season 2

Well remember the opening was, Raise Your Flag!, everyone just didn't realize they were raising Death Flags.
"What do you mean it's OUT OF STOCK/BACK-ORDERED!?!?!"

If Newtypes can predict the future, and feel their opponents intentions, how come none of them were ever able to dodge the Bright Slap?

No, everybody except you knew it was death flags all along.

Hell, that certain characters were gonna die was such a big obvious thing that there was a Biscuit Griffin twitter account all about his obvious death flags was made even before the first episode of season 1 aired.

I was being smart blanked in the aftermath of Orga's death. Yes plenty of IBO was obvious from the word go. I was sure Orga was toast since he served as both Mika's friend, and as his leash. Without his death Mika wouldn't grow any further. So thanks for stating the obvious.

Well, grow or become a completely psychopathic murder with no control anymore, either or.

The King of Wolves must feast!

Well, I guess that wouldn't be too bad, unless Mika starts turning on and killing his allies as well. Then things could get problematic, without his "leash" who knows what the hell he might do.

Well considering he beat the MA single handed where some of the best MS pilots shown along with some red shirts couldn't even really slow it down, I will say he will probably inflict massive damage on the enemy if he goes all out

Pretty much the handler is gone and Orga's Hellhound is loose...I have a vague feeling Tomino will become VERY Happy his Gundam Moniker is still in full force IE Kill em all Tomino

If mcgillis is responsible to cause Mika to go in a blood thirsty rage mode I'm sure he'll definitely pay for it in the future but I'm still skeptical he's responsible

Re: Gundam Iron-Blooded Orphans Season 2

Not really sure how I'm feeling about this episode...seemed a bit rushed. Not leaving much time for resolution next time, though given how things are going, I'm not convinced there will be a lot of people left to follow up on...

Hmmm...so the King of Wolves has yet to feast. Beginning to wonder if rage-mode has been forgotten about at this stage. But for whatever reason Julietta's heading to the surface to fight Mika it would seem, so I suppose there's the last episode. For what little it'll be worth at this point.

As I thought, Eugene was piloting the Unicorn Shiden.

    Well, Hush got it bad...

And McGillis...yeah, no grand scheme had been laid, no involvement with Orga's death (that was Nobliss, as surmised), just wound up with what amounted to a Leroy Jenkins rush to the boss that ended about as well as one could imagine, though at least Bael was actually being put to use. And apparently those "nigh unbreakable" swords of his can indeed break.

But, hey, we can all rejoice, because Hitler-stache guy made an appearance after a long absence!
