    Re: THe (Urban) Sniper's Hide

Well, Stayin' Alive wouldn't be adequate due to the quick death factor unfortunately.

Could go with More than a Woman, but that's just a bit creepy.

    Bawoo Project Complete

Well, I think I'm pretty much done with the Bawoo. Decided to keep the basic color scheme because that orange is just so sexy, but decided to do some painting on some accessories. I may go back and touch up a few spots after seeing these pics, but for all intents and purposes, this one is done. Think I'll be moving on to try another large scale paint job on the next project, unless I decide to build a quick Serpent from Endless Waltz before then.

Your Bawoo and mine have similar poses. Nice work there.

Thanks; nice collection there. I do like just how pose-able the Bawoo is considering all the sharp points on it.

^ Yep, same here. I wish I had more space so that I can pose the thing airborne. Oh well...

    Re: THe (Urban) Sniper's Hide

Though I had intended to start building my GM Custom tonight, I decided instead to build and make use of my "cheap as shit" photo booth, consisting of a cardboard box that once contained a Gunpla delivery, some tracing paper, and a bigger sheet of plain white sketch paper. Seems to have worked pretty well considering I've only got my work light and the room lights for illumination right now.

First some test shots of my GM:

And then some shots of my Bawoo:

    Re: THe (Urban) Sniper's Hide

It's great to see the Bawoo hold its beam saber with an underhand grip. Never even thought of trying that since I'm more into posing my kits by brandishing guns and other ranged weapons. That's an awesome idea. Might try it sometime.

    Re: THe (Urban) Sniper's Hide

Figured I'd try something a bit different, and it turned out well, so I'd say go for it! Think the menace factor on the Bawoo with beam saber and rifle was highest on that second picture

Awesome to hear, what is the difference between RE and MG? Guess I'm unfamiliar with alot of the Kit Types, only really know HG, MG, and PG.

    Re: THe (Urban) Sniper's Hide

think 1/100 HG. they do it for stuff that would not make them enough money as a MG or stuff that would be to expensive. like the Kyshatriya is going to be getting a re/100. although id gladly pay a few hundred for a MG of it. and that is about what a MG of it would cost its a huge mobile suit with a lot of moving parts.

Also, an MG Kshatriya...that'd be a heck of a thing to build, but I too would be sorely tempted to get one.
