I know JQ's already said it, but man that weathering looks great. I love the flecks of rust on the vertices.

Thanks! It's actually super easy to do with a sponge!

Painted the pilot figure while waiting for cement to dry on seams! One of my better paint jobs for sure

Ugh I've been so caught up in my first commission piece I've forgotten to log it here >.< Anyways here's what I've got so far!

Basically the main MS and backpack are done and I've started out the 0 Raiser by painting the pilot... and Haro!!

    Needs MORE Haro!

    (because everything does)

That weathering is tight. How'd you do that? Chipping?

Everything can benefit from more Haro!

I did the weathering with a sponge and dry brushing.

Re: BigDaddyCruiser's WIP thread of wonders!

Started on my MG Perfect Gundam! Got the entire base kit built in one day and only took another to weather it up. It extremely basic but looks pretty damn good.

Kind of a waste of supplies because most of this will be covered up, but looks good regardless and gives me a good feel for how I want to weather the larger armor parts as I'm going for lighter weather job.

I also repainted some white parts to racing white for a bit of tonal variation. I'm planning an original Full Armor Gundam color scheme (the orange and green one) for the armor on this guy!

Started on my MG Hazel Custom! This kit is like 85% new so it's really dumb that this was P-Bandai... So far though it's a great kit, but my god does it lack decals.

All the red and white warning decals are from the MG Sandrock waterslide set. They actually fit pretty well with the design aesthetics!

Ya boy got arms! Painting the fingers was super easy. I used the latest and greatest in paint application technology: a brush.

    Next up is the backpack!

Nice, i like the additional colour on the chipping added a lot of depth, have you tired adding a small amount of silver to the chipping?
