    Hod's Gunpla Gallery

First up is a custom full armor 0 Gundam made from: Forever Gundam, 0 Gundam A.C.D., Loto, and Macross super valk missile set. This was somewhat of a test job so there are some mistakes though I might turn those mistakes into weathering.

I like it. Panel lining may be a little splotchy, but the parts you chose work great together.

Panel Lining is tough with slightly shaky hands.

Nice custom. The quality is rough overall, but all of the different parts work well together, which I think is very important for any custom build.

Nice modding, the kit looks good, albeit a bit rough.

Overall the kit itself looks really good. Lining might be a bit rough, but the parts work very well together and the overall MS looks like it was built as it was supposed to be from the box. Very well done sir.

    Re: Hod's Gunpla Gallery

I tried wiping exess panel lining with some cotton swabs but they are not as effective. Anyone has any tips ?

I tried looking at how Kawaguchi does his gunpla on youtube. Real informative stuff.

So here is something that took me several days to do:

I started off with some gray spray primer and then let it dry for a day. I then went next and used some painter's tape and tried to go for a urban camo theme. finally I used some tan spray over the parts to create the colors. This took me most of last week and finished earlier tonight.

That is some sweet looking Urban Camo! I want to try it, but it seems like a complicated pattern?

Wish i had some good tips on panel lining help, as you probably know this one already! But when i did so, i would glosscoat the kit before lining it. Then after i was finished i would clean it up with a solvent that didn't eat away at the topcoat.

    Re: Hod's Gunpla Gallery

The urban camo looks good with the second kit having the cleanest paint job. I'm trying out some urban camo myself on of my current projects and it can be quite complicated especially if you use more than two colors.

Regarding the panel lining, what did you use to line it? That can determine what you can do to clean it up better.

Great job on the camo. It looks really good, and placed on those three kits. You could easily bring them together as a team.

As for the panel lining, I agree with Dlinker. A bit more information on the method you used will determine how to clean it all up.

Wow, that camo looks very well done. It compliments the design.

    Re: Hod's Gunpla Gallery

Thank you for the compliments, I used a rattle can for both.
