More or less, but with that second carbine on the shoulder like in one of the other pics where it had both one in hand and one looking like firing from the shoulder. Do the rifle bits come with the kit like the sheild bits or are those from the normal HG Cherudim?

The shield bits come with the kit. The rifle bits are sold with the HG00 Cherudim GNHW/R, along with the connector for the shield bits on the left shoulder.
