This is pretty bad. this SOPA/PIPA thing they are trying to pass in congress. no doubt you've heard of it.
it just takes a few seconds to do.
Don't get me wrong I don't condone Pornography, Piracy or Online media downloads or all the 900 trillion stupid videos on the Internet.
I just feel I should post this, but i don't know if this is the correct spot to put this topic.(Probably not)

So what's your point? The rights we have now were written by man, they can in turn be unwritten by man through clever wording and phrasing. This form of government we have now is a sham of what it originally was. I'm now certain that there will be a 2nd civil war and that it will happen in my lifetime.

After doing a little bit of reading and research here's what I've come up with:
If passed, this act allows the US Department of Justice to seek court orders on websites OUTSIDE of the US accused of copyright infringement. An example would be if a website in... Australia had an image of Mickey Mouse as part of their logo. The DOJ can now shut down said site for copyright infringement and the site has to pay injunctive relief (money owed for damages) to the rights holder. User generated material on YouTube and Facebook are protected by the act is aiming at foreign websites engaged in illegal or infringing material."You see, there's no need to wonder where your god is.
