    Re: Latest Kit Acquisitions!

Ya I have watched a lot of tutorial videos as well. The only problem is I have a really bad memory for "How did they do that?" so the videos are about useless to me. But as far as the books go they are a good reference for me. I have tried to see about getting some of the Modeling Mags, but I can only find stuff for railroads and I can only read about how to make a bridge or tree so many times. LOL
I have another book that I just picked up from my hobby shop that kind of blows these out of the water, but the pictures are small, but if I read this book and get the techniques from it, these books doing the samething but with really big pictures and nice close ups. The kits are really good.

List of things to do today. 1. Get a sword. 2. Name it Kindness. 3 Kill people with Kindness.

This is the next book I got about modeling and techniques. If I combine the three books I cover most if not all of my bases. The SM.03 is super detailed about how to do stuff, and he doesn't care who's product he is using. He has stuff from all over the place, but the pictures are not the best and they are small. Where the "Combat" book show the same techniques (but push MIG hard) but they have nice big and very detailed pictures. So I read the SM.03 but look at the "In Combat" books.
Plus the "In combat" books cover a bunch of kits. So you can see how each technique works differently for what kit. Where the Single Model.03 is just that, 1 model, granted it is the Sazabi so it is cool, but still just one kit.

You'll like the marasai. Its a pretty good kit. I wish I didn't miss out on the space pale rider.

I'm really excited for the marasai. I built the pale rider, it's pretty sticker heavy but looks dope. For the marasai I might add some panel lines and give additional weapon options. Aaaaand see if I can make it doing a German suplex lol

    Re: Latest Kit Acquisitions!

I have three of the ground use pale rider. I wanted another one and the space on but I forgot to preorder them.

I want to add some panels to my marasai since the kit is kinda plan. I just don't know how I want to go about it yet.
