I will use my AB, I think that using a brush would put it on to thick. It needs to be a very light (thin) top coat/sealer.

Stark Jegan is a great HG kit.

Reasonably well, but they were on fairly uniform surfaces, canopies with curved surfaces. The Marker soft still works ok with the Tamiya. I must look at which TS number it was.

I got some Woodland Scenics Small Deciduous Tree Armatures and Woodland Scenics dark green fine turf flock today. It's for a diorama I'm going to make titled, "GM Sniper II in the Redwood Forest." I'll be ordering some large deciduous tree armatures next week.

The "Striker GN-X" from the fourth episode of Build Fighters Battlogue.

It does irk me somewhat that they recycled parts of the 10+ year old original GN-X instead of the Advanced GN-X which the Striker is based on since a kit of the Advanced doesn't exist. At least they seemed to have learned their lesson judging by the Jiyan Altron.

Not Gundam, but I will be using it for a Gundam display on a set of shelves I got on Thursday.

Holy spit! Dare I ask how much that set you back?

And now you can rename it a "Gundanium Forge."

My next custom in the pipeline!

It won't be a complex build, though. Just planning to transfuse some parts here and there.

It was $75. It'll be coming in the mail on Monday.
I'm pretty sure I'll be using it on my Neo Zeon shelf to represent some of the external bits and baubles on Axis. I'll definitely be posting pics on my WIP thread. I'll be smoothing over those skull logos with putty and replacing theme with Builders Parts HD MS Emblems of Zeon and Neo Zeon.

    Re: Latest Kit Acquisitions!

...And this is the direction I took for my own take on a custom Strike Freedom:

After what Bandai did with the sticker use of the IBO line, I was really impressed with how this Revive came together. Aside from the weapons, the sticker use for the main body was minimal, but the color separation was fantastic. I really admired how the head was put together, even when working with extremely small parts. I would rather work with tiny parts than stickers any day. I wish they applied the same philosophy with the 1/144 Gusion Rebake(s) and the Flauros.

I am definitely going to change those GN Sword IIs after I get a handle on what I want this kit to dual-wield. They need to have a similar functionality to these swords, though...being able to switch from range to melee seamlessly. Any suggestions?

IS the first one a P-Bandai? It has a grey box where the second has the full color. What's the difference.
