    Here you go.

Personally I prefer SMD LEDs because they are smaller.

    Re: LED/wiring thread

I ended up using the second option in that post you linked, the smd version. Kind of wish i didn't after adding the resin effects, they lost a bit of their effect.

If you do use the 3mm's just remember, light bleeds, so make sure its covered all the way around the bulb.

    Re: LED/wiring thread

    Hi all,

I am thinking of adding LEDs into my next PG Red Frame's transparent parts (except the backpack. I think the wires will be too exposed) but i figure a single battery on the top of the heads will not be able to sustain a total of 7 LEDs (6 x SMD + 1 x Miniature) so can anyone suggest where I should put the batteries? On the body perhaps? I will use the switch on the head to turn on and off the lEDs.

    thanks for the advice~!

    Re: LED/wiring thread

    Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has tried using small tritium vials instead of LEDs for simple things, like lighting up a mono eye on a zaku, or a GMs helmet sensor. I was able to slide one into the eye part of my MG Rezel. Fits perfect, but its dim. Any thoughts?
