Re: Epic kits we find but sadly are not our own

It always amazes me when I see how some people can just pull out such potential out of these kits.

I love that Dias. It just looks like a beast. Makes me want a Dias myself. But I could never make one look anywhere near as cool at this one...

    Edit:
I just saw my comment I made on the Dom a ways back... I feel like a broken record...

Still I really love what people do with these designs.

I like that Dias, though it makes me wish we'd see something more of Nagano's designs he did allot in that era like the Type 100 and Hachiika. At least not officially.

The Rick Dias makes one wonder what a 2.0 version of the Master Grade Kit would look like. Mind you the same thing could be said of an RG Version too.

Id be interested to see his original Quebeley. Its just so weird!

That Dias is from Silicone tribe. They did a few of nagano's designs in 1/90 scale. Like a shiki and the quebeley from this pic:

That paint job and finish is very impressive, just to think of all that prep work that went into that kit. I have to admit that I look at some of these anime robots, and my brain pulls a Lex Luthor "NO! Do they know just how many Laws of Physics they are breaking!!" But then I remember, we are talking about giant robots here soooo.... Ya Robots.

^ That is truly some impressive work. They've even got the crystals on the tiny V-fin as well!

    I love it. <3
