Sticky: Re: Epic kits we find but sadly are not our own

I wouldn't do that to a model that someone put all that work into. I'd rather wait to see what the builder pulls out on the build.

I am getting the FSS itch again. I worked on my Batsh last week...
  2. Sticky: Re: Paint/Topcoat Thread. This is where to ask questions. NOT new threads.

Purple power or simply green really is the safest way/fastest. You can use DOT3 brake fluid, but that stuff can also make the plastic brittle sometimes.

^I respect the work put into that kit more than the finish. The GSystem frames are a nightmare to work on lol

Been on a L-Gaim kick lately

This is the one i have now. Its as quiet as the mini ones like my old one but fills faster and doesn't overheat.

  5. Re: Zaku exceed head model with Auto Face detection Pan/Tilt USB camera, LED/Sound ef

This is very cool! I did a class project using processing to control the camera interface on a turret. Using visual studios is a great idea! Amazed at all that stuff packed in there!
  6. Re: Was there ever a Gundam Model Kit prone to Gold Plastic Syndrome

There's a guy on fb who just got one of the Sumo's. I know he paints so it should be a good test to see if mine crumbled because of oxidation/age, and if the new batches don't suffer from the issue.
  7. Re: Was there ever a Gundam Model Kit prone to Gold Plastic Syndrome

The 1/100 Gold Sumo from Turn A. Joints disintegrated after awhile.

  15. Re: What was the Worst Gunpla Kit you have ever built?

I had no issues with anything on the Xbone kits aside from the wrist joints. If anything, i always found everything to be too tight.

I'm not the only person who feels this way either lol

    Re: Squee's Workbench

Finally got around to working on this again. RL nonsense and Zelda have been draining my time. Tweaked the colors, and redid the shield. I am quite happy with it. I do have to work on my placement a...

I asked the representatives when they came to NYCC a couple of years ago and they said that the designs, while selling well in the US do not sell well elsewhere. They do have the designs made up, so...

I think a better way to look at it is, name another modeling company that does what you want. Its just not done.

    Re: Discussing Bandai's business plan

From what i've read, the reason they're p bandai is that, although the original MG EW kits didn't do well, they already invested in the rest of the designs to be created for the molding process. By...

A bunch are getting rereleased next month. GundamPlanets prices are surprisingly good for these. Some of the instock ones though are a bit much.
