The Mk.II looks pretty good. But happened to Exia?

its only what I have done, I am trying to be more patient with my extracting of parts and trimming the plastic spurs that way I don't have any unnecessary gouges in my parts from over trimming. I'm really liking the Exia kit just for a few facts because of the light up gn drive and all the cool shiny parts for the blades, then the sweet hologram ribbons in all of the parts just puts it on a new level compared to any I've built so-far. Still to this date the hardest MG I've built I would have to say was the S-Gundam MSA-0011, so many freakin parts and then trying to make everything be able to transform.... yeah I kinda just said fudge it and left him in sentry mode there is no way I will have the time to bother ever transforming that mech.

Haha, I hear that. Well I look forward to seeing Exia all done. He's looking great so far. Are you planning on applying any decals to your RG Mk.II?

yeah for sure I am, I just only applied the shiny decals for the moment I was waiting until my friend finished his MG Epyon. Because now that he's finished I need to plan a day to show him how to apply all the difficult decals such as the press decals vs the actual sticker decals. But my Mk.II will be in his full glory soon I just like the blan cartoon look at the moment.

allrighty so here are a few more shots, kinda took a small break to make another 1/144 kit, but it was one I've been waiting on for a while and needed a refresher before I went all the way with my EXIA so here are a few shots.

so far I really like the Extreme Gundam he is by far one of the more unique gundams that caught my eye and I had to buy him once I saw the display at the Bandai booth at anime expo a few years back. So one of the few reasons why I bought this one in particular is because he comes with a freakin guitar!! I mean come on how much cooler can that get???

Your Exia is looking awesome. The detail you put into it is looking great. The Extreme is certainly a cool design. I like the clear blue parts. Also, that's rather odd looking PSP box. What generation is it?

its actually a sticky note-pad lol I just been using it to clean off my markers and make quick notes on certain kits. Thank you for the comments the Exia is by far my most favorite of the 00 series as well as Dynames, I still need to pick up a Virtue and a Seravee. Sorry but I just can't stand the shuttlecock design, just too angular.

Coolest sticky pad, ever. Nuf said. Exia is was my fav from Season One. However I have to choose the 00 as my all time favorite from the whole series. Hopefully one day I'll have the MG Exia to stand next to my MG 00 Raiser. Anyways, can't wait to see more progress on the Exia.

Awesome looking Exia man. Can't wait to see how the Wing Zero turns out. It's already looking good with paint job you did on Heero.

Yeah I did have the PG wing at one point but after a few moves the joints that connect the wings to his back all the pegs broke and pretty much made it impossible to repair, so its almost pointless to have a wing-less wing gundam =/ so I decided to take him apart and made him into something a little different for an action figure custom contest but that fell through so now I am left with this endless project that will be done some day =(

yeah its some-what a replacement to my PG that took a spill and didn't last 3 moves =( but I will save up and get him again only because that literally was my first PG I ever did and it really meant a lot to me not only for nostalgia reasons but for the fact that it was such an accomplishment for myself to build a PG at such a young age after only building HG 1/100 and NG 1/144 wing kits this was a huge step up for myself and when it was done and to see the eyes light up with the chest too I about fainted in awesomeness.

I have not read the beginning of the thread so I do not know your intentions with the kit. However, I think I know where it is going- and I like it. Subbed definitely. :)

Thank you, ironically its actually the regular visor in the molded color it came in =3 So much tedious little painting for this kit alone its not even funny.

Not sure if you painted under the visor but if you use a metallic blue gundam marker on the sensors it actually makes it look like it lights up. A really dim light of course, but still it helps the visor stand out even more. Also the GM Striker is my favorite so far of all my HGUC's, probably even of all my HG's.

Edit: Also you can use the marker on the rear sensor on the head and its the perfect color to match the visor.

Thanks everyone, I was really trying to actually make this kit look good only because this is one of my favorite GM's and probably one of the only MS that I used consistently in Gundam Crossfire for PS3
