I bought the MG Strike Freedom and some of the parts are too... goldy. I decided to put on some gundam marks on my "undesirable gold" parts.

Oh, and I color the yellow parts with metallic gold

:3

I started with gundam yellow marker, but it doesn't have the "oomph"

Looking good so far man. Yeah the gold plastic just doesn't do that kit justice. No pun intended.

Thanks. Metallic gold brings out the awesomeness of the innerframe. The only thing that I didn't like is the hands and the "belly" cannon so I painting it gray.

Sadly, I need a palm replacement :'(

Why do you need a replacement?

Right palm can't hold the thumb anymore. I really have to be careful with those... unless you have an alternative of fixing it :(

a few suggestions I would make from the start and that is to eliminate use of all Enamel paints because over time the oils and chemicals in those paints will eventually eat the plastic or not dry on certain surface's. I only use acrylic paints for a few reasons, they dry fast you can apply them in thin layers, most of the gundam markers are made with acrylic paints and inks. Now as for your broken thumb scenario I would best advise looking for the broken piece and try to glue it back on otherwise he won't be able to hitch-hike any more. also I've herd that bandai can produce replacement parts for your kits you had purchased if you can contact them they might be able to help you out too.

The broken piece is small... and that, the piece became smaller and scattered around me so it'll hard for me to put them together.

So far, I've contacted GG Infinite but it'll take weeks before I can get them.

As for Bandai.... I've read around the net and wrote to their customer service... no answer from them. And that was months ago...

Have you tried Gundam Store and More? I believe the MG Strike Freedom is on their list for replacement parts.

So far, there's no MG Strike Freedom except NG... oh and they do have MG Freedom.

Perhaps it was the Freedom that I saw. I'm guessing you got the regular MG Strike Freedom then correct? The Full Burst Mode would have actually came with 4 sets of hands.
