Some basic outline stuff:

Kamille is not replaced. There is no Judau. There might be some kids, but they're no better than Fa, who gets the Zeta. If we're being perfectly fair, she killed like 50 redshirts in her substandard Melthuss, so she deserves better.

Axis at one point reveals that they have a possible cure for Kamille's condition, since given the funnels on the Qubeley, their Newtype interface technology is obviously more advanced than the Federation's. Fa defects to Haman with the Zeta in return for their help.

The Federation turns on AEUG and Karaba. They're divided, though, so they're easily outmaneuvered.

Haman uses AEUG, pretending to offer help while trying to get the Federation to attack the Argama as much as possible.

Any other ideas?

I think... the series should end with the outcome of the war in doubt, with the Argama and Kamille fleeing to Jupiter while Haman and the Federation duke it out. Judau fleeing to Jupiter when the battle was conclusively won doesn't make much sense.

Uh he wasn't fleeing anywhere... He just wanted a new place. Not really hard to understand IMO.

Scratch that. They'll go to Jupiter and actually bargain with them for aid, giving us a chance to see them up close for once. At the end, they seize either Axis or the remains of A Baoa Qu and make a beeline for the asteroid belt.
