So I know that Hajime Katoki is a very big name, and might be one of the only designers known next to Konio Okawara, but are there any other designers that you guys enjoy?

I can think of some that I definitely love, and I will share examples.
Makoto Kobayashi (Gelgoog Heavy Arms Type)

Hajime Katoki (Oh we all know his work)

Kazuhisha Kondo

Kenki Fujioka (Gelgoog Stutzer/Hyzenthlay

I'm partial to 3 that worked on Zeta Gundam:

Makoto Kobayashi - Baund Doc, Marasai, The O

Mamoru Nagano - Hyaku Shiki, who cares what else :)

and good old Kazumi Fujita - Nemo, Gaplant (and all the other ones that share that same kind of mono-eye look), and my favorite of all time: ZETA GUNDAM

I haven't paid much attention to Nagano's work, but I do enjoy the Hyaku Shiki.....and the billion other MSV's of it.

Definitely Yutaka Izubuchi, responsible for Nu Gundam, Sazabi, and a variety of other suits.

If I had to pick a dire favorite, it would probably have to be Fujioka. He has such gorgeous and complex designs. I haven't really seen anything of his that I don't enjoy.

Okawara is the best, but I have to give credit to Shoji Kawamori as well. He did the GP01 and GP02A (under an alias) in addition to a bunch of non-Gundam stuff.
