This is my first attempt at a painted gunpla kit. I built a few unpainted back in High School, and thought I'd give it another shot. Overall I'm happy with how it came out. It's not as clean as I'd like but I definitely learned a lot.

Very nice simple and clean. Puts my non painted one to shame!

Ya not bad for a first timer :) It looks really nice and clean good shading and nice color separation. All around a damn good job.

That came out really good, especially for your first time painting. I'm working up the courage to start.

Thanks for the encouragement. I renamed the thread so that I can put all my pictures in here, but that seemed to have made the original post disappear...moderator approval maybe?

Here's my second model. It was going to be my first but shipping from Japan took too long and I got impatient. I decided to try some weathering effects, I was going for a front line troop feel.

Your painting is getting really good. Nice weathering, but now we have to work on your seam removal. Those seams are taking away from your paint job. :(

I'm going to work on my seam lines. I'm almost done with a Graze which seam lines aren't much of an issue, but the Original Astaroth I'm going to do next has quite a few seam lines. I'll post results when I'm finished.
