View Full Version : DCB's Gundams

February 1, 2017, 1:03 PM
I guess I should post some of my finished work. I don't have a whole lot of pictures yet. But I do have photos of this: The MG Shin Musha Gundam. I built this within a week sometime last fall. A real fun build and it looks awesome when completed.
Thanks for looking. D.C.

Here is everything I have built up to date. (And room to grow)...not the most detailed photos but y'all get the idea. Enjoy and thanks for looking. (if you're curious about a particular model let me know and I'll take better photographs for you.)

Ooooo...damn spiffy.

I do like what I'm seeing here! BTW what are the ones on the bottom shelf of the wooden cabinet? Specifically the yellow guy with the big ass arms and the red and blue guy to the left of him. He has the two blue things sticking out of his back. They look cool.

Thanks everybody. I really appreciate the feedback. The big old yellow guy is Hind Kind from Linebarrels Of Iron (Kurogane No Linebarrels). While it's a slightly humorous anime it's definitely worth a view. The black mech is the MG Griffon Flight Type from Patlabor (far back). The three in the front are from Gurren Lagann: Kingkittan(moon shaped mech), Dayakkaiser(blue fella) and Grapearl (Darry Custom, its pink!) The blue mech on the right, I would say 2nd row, is from Muv Luv, the Shiranui Storm/Strike Vanguard and two from Super Robot Wars...Grungust Type 3 (red and blue), the blue things on his back are two massive drills that you can attach to his arms and the Auβenseiter. I'll post some decent pictures of Hind Kind tomorrow, or whatever you're curious to see up close. Hind Kind was one of my favorites. Hard to find but fun to build. Cheers! D.C.

I challenged myself to a quick build today. Danazine from Gundam Age. I've only seen the first episode but I like what I've seen. D.C.

That is one of the mobile suits I'd like to get. Big and beefy! I have so many I can't really buy anymore. (What does the XD stand for?)
For me I think I'm going to build the Master Grade Ball from the 8th MS team this weekend...

XD is just like a smiley face.

Providence Gundam. Completed and panel lined. Thanks for looking.

Although MG Providence will be available soon, l prefer the original 1/100 and 1/144 kits.

The Master Grade Providence does look nice. I have the 1/100 NG of the Legend Gundam which is a nice looking kit. Plus a few other 1/100 scale kits from SEED Destiny. I'm satisfied. I have enough kits to last me a while.

I can't believe it's been 2 months since I posted anything here. While real life has been keeping me busy I have been able to build kits in my spare time. (I still need to apply decals to a few and finish panel lining some.) Here's what I've done. Enjoy. D.C.B.

Gogg and Z'Gok

The Dijeh:

The 'O', Zaku I Black Tri-Star, Jegan ECOAS type and Gundam RX-78 (revive edition)

Gundam G Lucifer

And from the 80's anime Aura Battler Dunbine:
Todd Dunbine, Leprechaun and Tokamk Dunbine
(these are HG kits from 1999. Pretty inflexible but the only game in town if you're interested in building models from this anime)
