Captured by the Zeon Military, this RGM-79 was pressed into service in the defense of A Baoa QU. After a bit testing and evaluation, it was determined that it's performance was more or less on par with the MS-06 Zaku ll with one exception. The thrusterpack's performance left much to be desired. Following the old adage "If something's worth doing, its worth over doing", the thrusterpack was replaced with one from a Gelgoog. The words "stupid fast" was repeated after the test flight. It was fast, but very unstable as well. It was hastily painted in a predominately green color, armed, proclaimed fully mission capable and sent into battle. After the Battle of A Baoa Qu, the suit was found abandoned drifting outside of the fortress. Any information concerning any EFSF contact with the RGM-79Z( Z because it was modified and used by the Zeon MS Forces)during the assault is located in the After Action Report on the Battle of A Baoa Qu. The RGM-79Z is currently located at the Test and Eval Detachment at Luna 2. More photos: https://imgur.com/a/hX9G5

Something I had been wanting to do for a while. When I came across the spare thrusterpack from my MG Gelgoog Cannon, I knew I had to use the zulu shield as well. Painted it green and used an exacto knife to chip the paint to show bits of the GM's original paint scheme underneath.

Thanks. The story was fun. I really had to cut it down. It was getting too long. I kept writing more and more stuff. It was becoming very elaborate.

That poor GM... I shall give him a mercy kill. [fires beam rifle] One shot, one kill. (this next statement is supposed to be sarcastic and ironic) A Fed suit using Zeon tech, such nonsense. We would never do that.

Amazing story/work man!

I'm struggling to like it though in non federation colours (my inner feddie has spoken)

Yep. I used German WW1 Lozenge camo decals on the shield. I saw this picture in a book I got back in the 90's. When I first saw the patterns on the shields, I immediately thought of the German Lozenge camo.
