Has anyone here built one? I've been kinda curious about them (the Gouf in particular). GSAM's description says they are similar in quality to PGs, but I was wanting to know what people who have built both PGs and Gorious Series kits thought about them.

I've never built one, but a friend of mine has a glorious series Rick Dom and it's pretty nice. However he said the have some minor pose-ability issues and a few minor loose parts, but besides that he says they're a lot of fun to build.

That's good to hear.

Again, though, like pg kits, I want one but can't afford it. The colors on the Glorious series are really REALLY nice. They're almost HD quality.

I like the bazillion light up parts.

I was considering buying the Gouf as well... my only reserve was that they have some heavy duty wiring involved. Other than that I believe they are fairly similar to a PG.

The gouf lights up in the hands, cockpit, and eye. I always thought that was a nice feature.

Yep. That's why I'm looking at getting one one day.

It would look very nice on display, especially at night.

Exactly. It would be an excellent showpiece.

Yeah, I might build a model field and use PG kits in it.

I was thinking of getting one and putting it as the first kit people see (currently it's my dancing gunpla on a turntable).

The only difference from the pics I uploaded is that they are now on a turntable display base.

You should make a stop motion of them dancing.

Not really my forte.

It'd still be hilarious though. I'd do it.

I personally have never built one, but Wizartar on YouTube has a nice review of it.

I like the wiring; to me it's far less intimidating than painting miniatures.
Also after, seeing that video squeam mentioned, all I have to say is, "Screw PG 00 Raiser; I need to get a Glorious Series kit."
